No, they ditched the Lightning Rods name because the Thunderbolts (whom they took the name after) were shown to be the Masters of Evil, and it ruined their rep (SEE: Thunderbolts #24 -- it tells the tale).
And Solo had better be OK. Or I'll teleport into the Marvel Offices, screaming "While I Live, Terror Dies," and hit Fabian Nicieza with a pie in the face.

Oh well, but check out the front line... it's really getting more interesting. Urich just got confronted by the Green Goblin, who says he's getting a big scoop. And some of the reporters are getting arrested for their contacts among the renegade heroes. And of course, there's the system railroading Speedball into a prison in the Negative Zone. I'm riveted.

Well, if you really want one:
Tony Stark has cloned Thor, who killed Black Goliath.
Spider-Man has turned against the registration act, after seeing the gulag Reed Richards helped Stark build in the negative zone.
Deadpool and Cable have broken up... for reals!
The Thing is leaving the U.S. for France.
Susan Richards and Johnny Storm have left the Fantastic Four to join up with Cap.
They seem to have killed Speedball... for reals!
Bishop has accepted a posting with the O*N*E*. Also, General Lazer (lame fucking name) is dead.

I got the cloned Thor and Black goliath issue. Damn that's creepy. It isn't surprising that Spidey would turn against Tony. Tony just has the whole 1984 vibe to him now.
Reed being the only member of the FF is a bit of a surprise now. I would have thought that the Thing, at least, would have stayed to console Reed over Sue's leaving.
And they have to come up with better names than General Lazer.

Been a while since I posted but now i'm finally caught up.
I think its kinda weird that 2 of Spider-man's villains have joined the thunderbolts. I'm more used to these guys being antisocial psychopaths.
Speedball has become Penance, due to his power mutating. Kinda grim, but I'll go for it.
The Punisher has hit the front lines by taking out villains who are free. And then gets his ass handed to him by Captain America.
Like I said before, this is riveting,
